Reversibility & Retrievability

General Organisation

The meeting will take place in Reims, at the "Centre des Congrès" (http://www.reims-evenements.fr) which offers excellent facilities, equipment and services at a 5 minutes' walking distance from the main railway station and the city centre.

The working languages of the meeting are English and French, with simultaneous translations available.

Participants are invited to stay for all three days of the conference, in order to ensure stability and continuity of the Dialogue.

Abstracts of the conference presentations will be provided in the conference package.

Please read the NEA draft report before the conference!

Plenary sessions & Round-table dialogue sessions

The conference will alternate between plenary sessions and smaller round-table dialogue sessions. The plenary sessions will be structured around invited oral presentations or invited panel sessions. Time will be allotted for discussion. Click here for more information on the oral presentations.

The round-table dialogue approach used by the NEA Forum on Stakeholder Confidence will be adapted to work with the expected large audience. The intention is to have in-depth involvement of all participants, not just of a few individuals.

Each round-table session will last about an hour. A facilitator will be appointed for each table, to lead the discussion of questions suggested by the Reims Conference Programme Committee, and then briefly report the table's answers in plenary session.

Poster Presentations

A poster exhibition will play an important part in the exchange of ideas. Participants are encouraged to submit posters to be displayed in the conference centre hall on Wednesday and Thursday. We recommend that the authors be available to discuss their posters during conference breaks.
