Conference registration

Registration for the Reims 2010 conference is now open.
Please follow this link to the Conference Centre registration form.

For your convenience, the conference centre can also organise your accommodation through the same form, please note that this is an optional service.

THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS 6 DECEMBER 2010.

Conference fee

The fee for the three days of the conference is 250€. It covers the three lunches, the conference pack (abstracts, etc. to be distributed at the conference), one copy of the proceedings (to be published in 2011), and a contribution to the conference expenses. The rest of the conference expenses are borne by Andra. There is no reduced one-day fee. As the goal of the conference is to build up a common understanding between participants over the course of three days, participation is strongly recommended for the entire duration of the conference.

Ice-breaker and Conference dinner

The ice-breaker for conference participants will be held at the Reims Conference Centre. Accompanying persons can be registered for this social event using the registration form.
The conference dinner for participants will be held at the Pommery Champagne Cellars. This includes a visit of the cellars, followed by a special "hands-on" demonstration on how to sabre a champagne magnum bottle. The conference dinner is sponsored by Andra and can thus be offered, along with the ice-breaker, at no extra cost to participants. Due to the exceptional venue of this event, the number of additional guests who can attend the dinner is limited. Participants may register one guest to the dinner at a preferential rate of 100€, which includes the icebreaker (use the registration form).

Side events

An optional technical visit, limited to 40 pre-registrated participants, will be offered by Andra on 14 December 2010.

Registration for this complimentary technical visit, as well as registration and payment for additional tourist visits to Reims and the Champagne Region, are handled through the conference registration form.

Proceedings

The Nuclear Energy Agency will publish the conference proceedings. Each registered participant will receive a copy of the proceedings (included in the conference fee). See Proceedings for more information.
