Oral presentations (by invitation only)

For the oral presentations, a video projector will be available. The NEA Secretariat will work with invited speakers regarding scope, timing, the format of their requested paper for publication, etc.

To submit a poster

Interested participants are invited to submit a poster for display during the conference, and discussion during the conference breaks. Please describe your intended poster presentation in a one-page abstract using the conference template.
Send your abstract by the deadline of 15 NOVEMBER 2010 to the Programme Committee at rr_inputs@nea.fr.

Accepted abstracts by registered authors will be distributed in the conference pack.

Poster presentations

Please note: Poster submission and registration are two independent processes which must be completed separately.

  • Acceptance of a poster presentation must be followed by a formal registration of at least one of the authors. The poster abstract will then be translated and included in the conference pack.
  • Registration will be considered complete only after payment of the corresponding fees.

Accepted posters will be exhibited on Wednesday and Thursday. One display board will be provided for each poster. Assistance and mounting materials will be available; poster authors are encouraged to set up their posters on Wednesday morning from 8:00 am. Authors should arrange to be available to discuss their posters with other participants during the breaks on Wednesday or Thursday. Posters should be removed before Thursday afternoon 6:00 pm.

Guidelines for posters

Size should be limited to 120 cm in height and 85 cm in width
The lettering should be readable from a distance of at least 1 meter.

Authors are encouraged to make their messages visual, using illustrations and charts rather than long texts. This will improve visibility and also, help non-English or non-French speakers to understand the main messages of the posters.
